Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These TripBlox Membership (“Membership”) Terms and Conditions, provided by HotelBlox, LLC., set forth a legally binding contract between HotelBlox and each person that is accepted as a Member by TripBlox.

2. Enrolling in the Membership
To become a subscribing-participant (“Member”), a TripBlox Membership enrollment form must be properly completed through www.TripBlox.com. TripBlox reserves the right to refuse enrollment to anyone for any reason whatsoever.

3. Terms & Conditions Specific to TripBlox Membership
a. The TripBlox Membership (“TripBlox”) includes the ability to access and purchase discounted hotel stays, car rentals, attractions, and activities. Discounts range from up to 60% off hotels, up to 25% off car rentals, and up to 20% off attractions. Discounts are subject to change. There is no cost for the TripBlox Membership. Membership cost subject to change.
b. TripBlox members gain access to bundle savings, private flash sales and last-minute offers and alerts.
c. TripBlox may, on occasion, offer products and services through email. Members expressly consent to such solicitations.
d. TripBlox is not responsible for any verbal representations or written representations made by any other person. Only TripBlox, its authorized representatives, and its designated licensees can perform the obligations of TripBlox under these Terms and Conditions.
e. The TripBlox Membership, and the benefits afforded, shall be provided to Members annually, unless terminated under these Terms and Conditions or until the Member elects to cancel.
f. TripBlox Memberships never cancel after the initial enrollment.
g. A TripBlox Membership can be cancelled at any time by unsubscribing to any marketing or product solicitation email received by the Member.

4. Vacation Purchases
a. Members, during the term of their Membership, have the ability, to purchase hotel stays, airline tickets, rental cars, vacation packages, attractions, and activities. Members may purchase such travel by transacting online at www.TripBlox.com.
b. For hotel stays, airline tickets, rental cars, vacation packages, attractions, and activities bookings, TripBlox adds no booking fees to the cost of the reservation. Government taxes, airline, and/or airport taxes and fees may still apply. Fees are subject to change at any time.
c. Payments for all travel purchases made at www.TripBlox.com are made directly to our travel suppliers, with a Credit Card or Debit Card. TripBlox or its affiliates do not take Member payments.

5. Use of Accommodations & Travel
a. TripBlox will apply any, and all restrictions on the Member’s use and purchase of accommodations and travel required by TripBlox’s affiliated hotels, airlines, rental car companies, tour operators, resorts, and other travel providers.
b. Resort accommodations may be provided at a resort in active timeshare sales. Members are under no obligation to participate and/or attend any sales presentation or take a tour of the resort.
c. Information provided to Members about hotels, rental cars and attractions is based on information obtained from the providers of such. TripBlox makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information provided by TripBlox is accurate and complete as of the date such information is published by TripBlox; however, TripBlox expressly disclaims any liability for inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.
d. The total number of people occupying any vacation accommodations or participating in any tours confirmed by TripBlox must not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the TripBlox booking confirmation; otherwise, the travel provider may refuse access or levy an additional charge to Member and/or Member’s guests.
e. Members are responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes, fees, and personal expenses including, but not limited to, food and beverage expenses, specialty items, tips, personal services, special facilities charges, telephone calls and internet connectivity, resort/hotel, utility charges, security deposits, and other fees or charges levied by the travel service provider (“Other Fees”).
f. Members are responsible for the payment of all Other Fees directly to the resort, hotel, car rental agency, or tour provider. Disputes over fees assessed by travel providers are strictly between the Member and the provider, and the Member expressly waives any, and all claims against TripBlox in this regard.
g. Members and their guests must occupy and use any accommodations booked through TripBlox in a responsible, careful, and secure manner. Members are responsible for all acts and/or omissions, damage, theft, or loss, whether caused by Members or Members’ guests.
h. Any complaints about any accommodation or services provided by a travel provider should be made at the earliest opportunity to a person in authority at the travel provider.
i. No Membership benefits may be used for any commercial purpose, including rental or sale or barter. Use of Membership benefits for any purpose other than those allowed by these Terms and Conditions may subject the Member to immediate suspension or termination of benefits.

6. Confirmations and Identification
a. Booking confirmations (“Confirmations”) are valid only if issued in writing by TripBlox or one of its travel providers. The Member is responsible for verifying all details in the Confirmation, including verifying the correct legal name of all travelers on the Confirmation, and notifying TripBlox immediately if any information on the Confirmation is incorrect. The Member is responsible for any ancillary charges incurred as a result, of changes to any aspect of the Confirmation. Changes may be treated as a cancellation. Any restrictions, change or cancellation fees are handled by the travel supplier.
b. If a confirmed accommodation becomes unavailable due to natural disaster, acts of God, civil unrest, Pandemic, or any other reason beyond TripBlox’s control, you waive any, and all claims against TripBlox. Cancellations due to natural disasters are handled by the travel supplier.
c. TripBlox and/or its travel suppliers reserve the right to revoke any, and all Confirmations, terminate or suspend the Membership of the relevant Member, or deny access to any of the products or services offered in connection with this Membership in the event a Member or Members’ guests violate or breach these Terms and Conditions. Penalties, including forfeiture of deposited monies, may apply.
d. Members and Members’ guests are responsible for ensuring that all travelers carry the proper documentation required for entry into or passage through any country or jurisdiction outside their country of citizenship or legal residence. Members and Members’ guests must have a valid visa, passport, or proof of citizenship, proof of legal residency status, immunization, Covid-19 negative test evidence, (as required by the countries being visited) in their possession at the time of travel. This applies to all travelers in Members’ group. TripBlox assumes no responsibility for identifying and/or advising travelers of immigration and customs requirements.
e. Members should review CDC and local government guidance to confirm eligibility to travel. Face coverings may be required by certain suppliers in both indoor and outdoor public areas.

7. Cancellations
a. Members must contact the travel supplier directly for cancellation of booked travel.
c. All cancellations are subject to the travel supplier’s cancellation policies and fees.

8. General
a. TripBlox may, on occasion, offer products and services through email solicitations. Members consent to such solicitation.
c. Limitation of Liability. In no event will TripBlox be liable for any negligent or intentional action or failure to act, or for any injuries or losses arising from the accommodations of any resort, hotel, rental car, or tour provider or from any other travel related product or service provided to Member directly.
d. These Terms and Conditions and any fees, benefits, seasonal designations and other priorities, and any procedures for requesting and effectuating vacations may be changed from time to time by TripBlox. Current Terms and Conditions, benefits, and procedures can be reviewed online at www. TripBlox.com, which shall supersede all Membership Terms and Conditions.
e. Programs and services offered through TripBlox or by third parties with the permission of TripBlox are subject to separate Terms and Conditions and may be changed or eliminated without prior notice.
f. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the suspension or termination of Member’s Membership without further obligation.
g. These Terms and Conditions and the TripBlox Membership shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Illinois (USA).
h. In the event a Member or Member’s guest initiates an action at law or in equity and TripBlox prevails, that Member or Member’s guest shall pay all costs incurred by TripBlox in defending such action, including reasonable attorney’s fees.
i. The servicing, Travel Agency for TripBlox is HotelBlox, LLC, Oak Park, Illinois. State of California Seller of Travel # 2133920-50. State of Florida Seller of Travel # ST41219. State of Washington Seller of Travel UBI # 604-238-300.
j. TRIPBLOX and HotelBlox are names used by HotelBlox, LLC, for fulfillment purposes with our travel suppliers.
k. TripBlox and HotelBlox are trademarks of HotelBlox, LLC, which may not be used without its prior written permission.
